Chuck Klein is managing partner of Amcon Marketing Strategy International. Amcon helps its non-US clients research and penetrate the US market through market research, business development and executive recruitment assignments.

Prior to establishing Amcon, Mr. Klein held management level positions at General Electric and Newark Electronics Inc. Mr. Klein is a "Certified Management Consultant" (CMC), after completing tests and receiving approvals by the Institute of Management Consultants in Washington D.C. He has consulted to companies of all sizes, government agencies, export organizations and trade associations in the US, Italy, Spain, China, Israel, UK, Taiwan, Pakistan and India. Klein has managed several hundred US market studies, competitive intelligence projects and US staff recruitment efforts for non-US corporations.

He is the author of Marketing to America - How non-US Companies can Profit by Selling in the USA published by the Financial Times/ Prentice Hall, the leading business book publisher in Europe.

Mr. Klein has written over 100 articles that have been published in the US, Europe and Israel in publications such as Competitive Intelligence Magazine, Marketing News, The Exporter, Business & Competitive Intelligence, Globes, Status and Guru.com. He was a contributing author to Global Gold, published by the American Management Association in 1998.

He is frequently invited to speak to audiences on US executive recruitment and marketing topics and is known for his practical "hands on" training techniques. He is a member of the American Marketing Association, Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals, European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research, Institute of Management Consultants, and the Manufacturers' Agents National Association.
